Refund policy
Returns.
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in the same condition as it was when it was sent. All returned Items must be un-used with its tag still firmly attached and sent back in the original packaging provided. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to get a full refund or exchange. Soiled, damaged and used items will not be accepted. Please notify us by email on mail@morahmorah.com of your intention to return.
Cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your purchased items, it should be done within 7 days of receipt of items. An email should be sent to mail@morahmorah.com. Return of the item(s) must be done according to the return policy above.

Refunds.
Full refund will be given on all items not worn and damaged. Please see our Returns policy above. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in the same packaging as it was sent undamaged, for a full refund. Contact us at mail@morahmorah.com to arrange the return.
Discount and Promotional Code
MorahMorah will occasionally offer discount code either via email or promotional materials. It is important to not the following:
- The voucher is not transferable, and unless specified, can only be used once.
- The voucher is intended for the original recipient only.
- only one voucher can be used per transaction unless stated otherwise.
- The expiry date of the voucher will be communicated via email, and or social media. The voucher will not be accepted after the expiration date.
- Discounts cannot be used together or at the same time with other promotions .
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- It is important to check the details of the voucher before presentation , as some vouchers can only be used on promotional items.
- If you are purchasing more than one item in a transaction, the voucher will be applied to only one of the items. The remaining will be at full price.
